  • Include screenshots when the interface is behaving badly.
  • Do not include passwords, API keys, or sensitive customer content.
  • For billing, include your account email and invoice reference.
  • For privacy requests, email from the address attached to the account.

Response times

We aim to reply within two working days. Urgent outage information should include the route, time, device, and what you expected to happen.

  • Working days exclude UK public holidays.
  • We may ask for more detail before diagnosing technical issues.
